Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

I, Alan Carter Window Washing Services, provide professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. My services include interior and exterior window cleaning and other related services as agreed upon.

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are provided in advance and are based on the scope of the work agreed upon. Prices may vary depending on the size, type, and condition of windows and surfaces.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed. I accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, venmo, and paypal.

Late Fees: A late fee of $25 will be applied to any unpaid balance after 30 days from the service date.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Access to Property: The customer agrees to provide me with safe and adequate access to all windows to be cleaned. This includes removing obstacles and ensuring there is a clear path to all windows.

Safety: The customer agrees to inform me of any hazards, fragile items, or special concerns about the property. I am not responsible for damage caused by objects not disclosed before service.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made less than the 24 hour grace period of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

Weather-Related Cancellations: If weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snow, or high winds) make it unsafe to perform services, I reserve the right to reschedule the appointment.

5. Liability

I am fully insured for damage caused by me while performing the services agreed upon. I will not be liable for any damage to property that is pre-existing or caused by customer negligence.

I am not responsible for any damages to windows or structures resulting from faulty construction, age, or wear.

6. Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the quality of my work, please notify me within 24 hours. I will return to fix any issues at no additional charge, provided the concern is directly related to my cleaning service.

This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by external factors (e.g., weather, pests, or environmental conditions).

7. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alan Carter Window Washing Services, its employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damages arising from the customer's failure to comply with these terms and conditions or any third-party claims related to the services provided.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kentucky.

9. Amendments

I reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
